I am very, very sad to hear that.In its early days, we used to have it on in the copywriting room at QVC. I'd email Planet Rock and get requests on for my co-workers. Those were the days... Class radio station indeed.
Yep, it's a bloody shame.One of my colleagues won tickets to see Jethro Tull from them a while back. I was holding out for a signed Les Paul. Gah.
Incidentally, something has just been on the news saying how several radio stations are closing down because online radio is starting to take over the world. How very glum.
But I only listen to Planet Rock on my laptop (as we live In The Shadow here so no digital reception). Grrr. How shite is that?
