Make your own wine, its the way to go... gusset disolving Gooseberry, Bastard Blackcurrant, Eye watering Elderflower... stick to the fruit based ones and avoid the weird vegetables, as they don't keep long (and melt spoons). Rhubarb is an excellent desert wine that doesn't taste at all alcoholic but will get you drunk from the ankles upward.
John, living here hasn't driven me to drink. However, our disgraceful mates in the village do seem to make me get drunk.
Hurrah!
Mr Gaskin, hello. Nice to see you here. Home-made wine is an area I am trying very hard to steer clear of.
Mr WithaY has already made far too much quince vodka (eww), sloe gin (mmmm) and blackberry whisky (meh) to last several years. And don't get me started on the raspberry vodka.

Ha, is this another case of Wiltshire boredom followed by subsequent drinking session striking?
